Right (Srikanth) who is a noted rowdy in the city, but is more known for his good deeds. He runs a separate gang and also works sidekick and right-hand man to big don Kaasim Bhai (Pradeep Rawat), Kaasim Bhai uses Right & his gang as professional killers whenever it is required. ACP Chowdhary (Jagapati Babu) who believes in his own type of law by eliminating the criminals instead of wasting time by the court and other procedures. Navya (Kaveri Jha) a Ph.D. student, who wants to do research on the lives of rowdies, surprisingly enters into Right’s life and takes shelter in his house. Veeravenkata Satyanarayana Swamy (Nandamuri Balakrishna) is beloved by villagers whose lives were forever changed by his presence. His grandmother, Baby (Simran Bagga), whose husband had dedicated his life to gaining independence for his country, was taken as a prisoner of war and declared Missing In Action. Meanwhile, corrupt doctors, lawyers, and journalists are allegedly killed but their bodies were never found. Suspected of the murders, Swamy is arrested. But an old man named Okka Magadu (Nandamuri Balakrishna) comes forward and claims to have committed the alleged murders. Okka Magadu looks like the older version of Swamy whose sworn enemy is Namboodriyar (Ashutosh Rana)--a politician whose son elopes with a middle-class girl under Swamy's protection.

Gowtam (Navdeep) is youngest of three sons of Collector Shambhu Prasad (Nassar). His wife Chaya Rani is a professor, eldest son (Manoj) is a doctor, second one (Neeraj) is a businessman, and his daughters-in-law are also in a well-to-do status. But his last son fails to go beyond S.S.C.. Gowtam is more close to his neighbors Dr. Bhanu (Bhanupriya) and Kondal Rao (Prithvi) than his family. He is not respected in the family and doesn't have a clear goal in life. He also builds a strong friendship with tutor Janaki (Sindhu), who teaches his brother's kids. Though Mr. Prasad ignores his son's small gaffes, he doesn't spare him when he comes to know that Gowtam forged his signature. He throws him out of house. Now homeless, Gowtam is taken by Janaki to her house. There, he starts working as a mechanic repairing vehicles. He gets inspired by the words of Bhanu (Bhanu Priya) and plunges himself into automobile repairing. He invents a carburettor that gives a mileage of 120 km per liter and makes his brother as the patentee for his apparatus. He saves his eldest brother from a conspiracy of hospital management and also fixes marriage of his sister with her lover. In spite of doing all good to his family he never lets his father to know about these things as his father always wishes to see his third son as an I.A.S. officer. He strives for that and his love is also not informed of his efforts. Movie ends with sharing his triumph with his father.

Way back in 1800's, on a Diwali midnight, a zamindar insults Goddess Durga by try stealing her idol in the temple in a state of inebriation and gets killed by the enraged Goddess Durga who puts a curse on his heirs that she is going to take one family member each every 48 years on the day of Diwali and one male heir dies accidentally at the end of every 48 years. The present year denotes end of another 48 years and the Target of Durga is Murari, the Grandson of Sabari whose husband died 48 years back because of the curse. He is survived by his father Sattipandu, brothers Sreenayya, Baachi and Soori and their respective wives and kids along with Sabari. Murari is named after Sabari's husband and thus is called with utmost respect by all family members except Gopi who calls him either by his name or as Kanayya. She treats him like her son and even decides to go for abortion clandestinely so that she would not neglect him once she has her own offspring. Thus since his childhood Murari considers Gopi as his mother since his mother died giving birth to him.

A police officer in the special branch, Bhaskar Chenmai alias Bachi (Jagapathi Babu) one day receives a boy Habibi (Master Teja) in a courier from Dubai. Claiming that his mother had told him that Jagapati Babu is his father, the boy starts addressing him father. The uncomfortable Bachi tries various methods to get rid of the boy, but his ways serve only to get him drawn towards the boy and become friends ultimately. Meanwhile, Bachi falls in love with Venkata Lakshmi (Neelambari) who gets annoyed at seeing the boy in Bachi's house. The former manages to convince the fuming Venkata Lakshmi that the boy is not his son and so the matter ends there although it crops up now and then in their discussions. Meanwhile, Bachi is the chief security officer for Tatineni Koteswara Rao (Prakash Raj), the Rs 50-crore winner of the Paris lottery. But Bachi's search for the boy continues and he manages to nail the father by his name, Bachi (Prthuvi Raj) and arrests him.

Sitaram (Chiranjeevi) is the son of the benevolent patriarch of his village who has been the Panchayat President for the past thirty years. Sitaram, his family and the village community are victimized by Vasundhara (Lakshmi) and Peddaiah (Kota Srinivasa Rao). Peddaiah's NRI son, Siva (Chinna) comes to the village from America to see Pappi (Ramya Krishna), the eldest daughter of Vasundhara, and a girl of Peddaiah's choice for him to marry, but he decides instead to marry Sitaram's sister, Malleswari (Ooha), a traditional Telugu girl. Peddaiah agrees to the marriage after he realises that the ancestral land which Sitaram's father had distributed to the coolies contains priceless granite deposits. He demands the land as dowry days before the proposed marriage. Sitaram's father refuses to take it back from the coolies. Peddaiah cancels the marriage. Vasundhara is angered by Siva's choice but dupes the coolies, steals their land and makes a deal with Peddaiah. Siva's marriage is fixed with Pappi without his knowledge.
