Synopsis
For years, the government has successfully covered up very real proof of U.F.O.s. but when a group of Marines is dispatched to a deserted island, they uncover unsettling evidence: old films documenting brutal medical experiments on aliens. They also uncover a lone surviving alien out for revenge, and a military intelligence plot to sacrifice them and conceal existence of the encounter. The shroud of mystery is about to be lifted.Actors

Scientists at a secret underground complex have found a way to travel to another dimension. The Soviet Union has dissolved into what is now Russia. Out of chaos comes a mysterious virus that eventually kills everyone who is exposed to it. During an attempted robbery of a museum, the fire opal that contains the Djinn is accidentally released by a stray gunshot. One of the burglars, a beautiful young woman named Morgana Truscott (Holly Fields), steals the gem and is forced to abandon her partner during the escape. The Djinn escapes and kills the remaining burglar when he accidentally wishes he'd never been born. As the police enter the museum, the demon finishes forming into full size, revealing the Djinn (Andrew Divoff). The Djinn surrenders to the police and is led away.

Secret U.S. military interrogations of suspected terrorists are being conducted on an American World War II-era ship in the Persian Gulf. After mysterious sounds are heard on the ship, an unexplained force kills the crew. When contact with the ship is lost, the army sends a team of Marines and two scientists to investigate. When they land on the ship, they discover that almost all the crew have been killed. The team, led by Col. John Willets (Lance Henriksen), cannot make contact with command, while the ship drifts toward Iranian waters. Willets interrogates one of the scientists and learns that the mysterious force is the ghost of a Nazi officer who was created to be a secret weapon. The ghost, which has strong psychic powers, is trapped on the ship and the two scientists were sent to try to capture it. Meanwhile, the supposed terrorist being interrogated onboard turns out to be an MIT-educated decoy (who was forced to impersonate a terrorist). He aids in the efforts to destroy the ghost, before being killed by it.
